- Search By Experiments (Advanced
Search): Select
arrays by experimenter, category, subcategory and organism. You
can limit the displays of experimenter, category and subcategory
to organism-specific lists by selecting an organism and clicking
on 'Limit Lists by Organism'.
- Basic Search (Search By Datasets) This interactive search allows you to start with the information base you bring, browse available microarray expression data, and return the results you desire. It requires javascript to update the select menus with the browsable features. If your browser is not javascript enabled, use SMD's advanced search, instead.
- Name Search: Retrieve Biosequences by sequence name.
